If we must find something, the best one to mention would be the quality concerns. Being a clone of the 1750 model, Elite 5700 line lacks a few quality points, such as the noise. NordicTrack Elite 5700 is reported to making more noises than NordicTrack Commercial 1750.

Unlike the Commercial 1750, the Elite 5700 is also not made from commercial grade parts. You might want to consider about the longevity of your machine before making an educated decision.

Our Verdict

While both machines are similar in almost every aspect, NordicTrack Commercial 1750 is a better machine. While the Elite 5700 model comes with a cheaper price, it’s also built using lesser quality materials. For machine that is constantly being pounded by heavy load, using less than the best materials is a huge deal breaker. So unless Sears is the only available options for you, it’s better to go with the 1750 model to get the true NordicTrack experience.
