These variations of products are not making customers’ life any easier. Such as the case of NordicTrack Commercial 1750 and NordicTrack Elite 9500 Pro. In a glance, these two product looks similar, but there are differences between them. Let’s compare the two head to head to see which one is the perfect one for you.
Sometimes, releasing more or less similar items with slight differences using different code names is a common practice among consumer products manufacturers. Everything is complimented by the heart-rate monitoring system that will help you keep track of your health. You can use both the wireless chest strap and the sensor system located in the hand grip to send your heart rate date to the machine to analyze.

There are the hand grips that you can hold on to keep you steady during your running. These grips are equipped with remote/handrail control that you can use to adjust the speed and incline. There are also the dual auto-breeze fans to keep your cool during your exercise.

Mechanical Features

If you want to reduce the risk of getting leg injuries during the training because of the load your foot received from the constant thumping to the running track, these two machines come with Shock Absorbing Deck. You can customize the FlexSelect cushion to the softness level that you desire. You can also turn off this feature completely to get the feeling of hard pavement on your feet.

All machines from NordicTrack are covered by a very generous lifetime warranty for frame and motor. It means you don’t have to worry about abandoning your machines, ever. However, the parts and electrics are covered with five years warranty, and two years for labor.

The Differences

Now let’s compare the differences between NordicTrack Commercial 1750 and NordicTrack Elite 9500 Pro. The former comes with higher store price than the latter. However, the price gap is justified by the dimension. The 1750 model is bigger at 81 x 36 x 69 inches (L x W x H), while the 9500 model is smaller at 79 x 37 x 71 inches (L x W x H). But both have similar stride area of 1320 sq in, it means that the 9500 model is slightly cramped.

NordicTrack Elite 9500 Pro doesn’t have external tablet holder and tablet syncing capability, nor the ability to save workouts like NordicTrack 1750 does (up to 30 workouts).

The 1750 model has the bigger maximum weight capacity of 400 pounds compared to the 9500 model that can only hold up the maximum of 375 pounds.

But other than these minuscule differences, both machines are practically the same.

Which one should you choose?

Looking at the almost non-existent differences, you’ll do fine with either of the machines. Should you decide between the two, the factors that you should consider is the budget, the dimension, and the maximum weight capacity.

If you have a smaller budget, less storage space, smaller built, and you don’t need the extra external tablet holder and tablet syncing capability; you might consider NordicTrack Elite 9500 Pro. But if you can find a good deal for NordicTrack Commercial 1750 with small differences or similar pricing, why don’t you go with NordicTrack Commercial 1750? You’ll get more features to go with your exercises.
